Fashion found me before I found words for it. I was eight years old, drawing women in gowns I had never seen, in rooms I had never entered.

Before I returned to fashion, I spent years inside other disciplines — painting, violin, and graphic art. Each one taught me something different: painting gave me color and light, music gave me rhythm and tension, and graphic art gave me the economy of a line. I brought all of it back with me.

I design for the woman who has already become someone. My silhouettes are architectural but never rigid — structure that opens into movement, precision softened by the organic. I draw from nature, from the weight of historical textiles, from the visual language of the late nineteenth century, when painters rendered women not as ornament but as presence.

What I want, above all, is for the wearer to feel herself as the dream-version of herself — the powerful person she wants to be, even for one night, on an award stage.
