Return & Refund Policy — Kaené Home Collection

Return Conditions 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Because each Kaené piece is hand-painted and made to order, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Bespoke & Signed Edition 

Bespoke commissions and artist-signed pieces are created exclusively for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of damage in transit or production defect.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with the edition card included.

Return Process To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refund Process Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs are refunded only for damaged or incorrect items.
